Good large freight elevators (2) to the basement dock, maybe 75 yards to the dock from the elevator. There are two 30 minute loading zone spaces and four one hour loading zone spaces at this 15th and Race Street location. This is Center City Philadelphia and those spaces are hard to get. Winning buyer must park on the street and then can pull to the large, good, multilevel loading dock after this equipment has been brought there by the winning bidder. Surplus will meet the buyer there but buyer must do the moving.
