PAYMENT AND LOADING REQUIREMENTS:
• Payment of items is due FIVE (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Removal is due TEN (10) business days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
• Materials are available for viewing and pickup by appointment only - Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-3:00 PM.
• Vendor must provide 24 hour notice prior to pick up. POC must be contacted prior to arrival at the site.
• Vendor is responsible for providing all loading materials and must furnish any necessary loading equipment. It is recommended that the vendor visit the site to assure accessibility for their equipment to the materials. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to provide all necessary equipment and labor for removal. The winning bidder must remove all items, or one will be in default of the auction terms, and one's account WILL BE LOCKED
• The winning bidder must fill out, sign and give the attached indemnification agreement to the contact when removing the items. • Any claim or dispute arising from the description of the subject property must be made prior to removal of the property. Once items are removed from their location, the sale is final.

All purchased items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
Buyers are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
Under no circumstances will the State of Louisiana, Division of Administration, Louisiana Property Assistance Agency assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed, BY APPOINTMENT, excluding legal holidays, unless otherwise specified in the description.
A daily storage fee of $20.00 or 2% of the bid, whichever is greater, per business day may be assessed for any item not removed after the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
