| INSPECTION: Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the dates and times indicated in the item description. ********** Due to Social Distancing the follow applies ********** Vehicle inspections will be allowed. Inspection of other items that are listed for sale will be determined on a case by case basis. Appointments must be set. Drop in inspections will not be allowed. Potential buyers will be turned away without a scheduled appointment for inspection of vehicles. Once inspection is completed, inside of vehicle (seat, steering wheel, dashboard, etc…) will be wiped down with a disinfectant wipe. Masks and gloves will be worn at all times by Township employees during inspection of surplus items. |

Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there. TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction. TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made.  Removal

REMOVAL: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE REVIEW THE SELLERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE. PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP! ********** Due to Social Distancing the following applies ********** Pick-ups will not be scheduled until signed bill of sale is received from the buyer. No pick-ups will be allowed by the buyers without an appointment. Buyers will be turned away without a scheduled appointment for pick-up. Township employees cannot help with any loading of items purchased due to social distancing rules. Buyers will need to bring help, if necessary. (Certain Exceptions Apply) Buyer will come to the Government Center lobby at their set appointment time and inform the receptionist that they are here for a GovDeals pick-up. Township employee will have the buyer follow them to where items are stored. Masks and gloves will be worn at all times by Township employees during pick-up of surplus items.

The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential. DESCRIPTION WARRANTY: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. ***Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final!
