PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. If you cannot come personally: You still must set an appointment. You may send a representative to pick up on your behalf. Provide your representative with your buyer certificate, a copy of your driver license, and a signed note stating that you approve that person to pick up on your behalf.
|Special COVID-related sale terms:
No friends/family allowed into facility. Only driver plus a maximum of one additional person. That additional person must be directly involved in physically assisting with the pickup of lot. Anyone simply along for the ride will be required to wait outside facility near the guard booth.

All inspections and pickups are by appointment only. First come, first served. If your preferred day/time is full, we will ask you to schedule at another day/time.
For buyers who will pick up their own purchases: We ask that buyers sign bill of sale and return by email prior to pickup. Buyer must sign then take a photo of BUYER’s photo ID on top of signed document. Take a photo with your smartphone and email to firstname.lastname@example.org
For buyers sending a friend/family/transporter to pick up their items: Follow the same instructions above and also fill out THIS FORM and email back to us. Include a copy of your friend/family/transporter's photo ID if you have it.
