Up for auction is a Caterpillar 120G motor grader. The unit runs, operates, and functions to our knowledge. The only know issue is that the parking brake does not work. It has scratches and dings common with equipment of its age and use. All cab glass is good and in machine.

All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each asset page for removal details. Dawson County Fleet department does not access to a fork lift or any kind of loader or equipment. We can/do not aid loading, strapping, or transporting sold asserts. This is totally the responsibility of the buyer. Not reading the removal instructions and coming to pick up an asset not prepared does NOT constitute an emergency on the sellers part, please come prepared. When an add states a vehicle needs a battery or possibly a jump start please bring cables and/or a jump box. Seller will not assist in starting vehicles when it is stated the battery starting system may need attention. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Buyers may pick up items Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Pickup will not be allowed on weekends or scheduled holidays, no exceptions. Pick up after 4:00 pm will not be allowed either. Pick up procedure: To take possession of your item you must first go to the Dawson County Government Center to sign the bill of sale and receive your title, if applicable. The address is 25 Justice Way, Dawsonville, GA 30534 (2nd Floor, Administration) The phone number for the Government Center is (706) 344-3501. After this, they will direct you to the Fleet Director, Shannon Harben for pick up. The phone number for Shannon Harben is (706) 265-3052. Please contact Shannon Harben with a minimum of 4 hours notice before arriving to acquire purchased assets. Asset pick up may be scheduled from Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
