Q: unfortunately we are in tampa florida so getting to look at it is hard because of distance but usually there is at least one picture showing the damage to the ceiling because of a leak ? for the best money for the people you work for it would be nice to bid more if we all could see the ceiling if it is a small vent area leak or a branch hit it and a catastrophic leak and the ceiling is falling in ? thank you (2/5/23 6:46 PM)

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please call 251-460-6150 to make an appointment. All items must be removed within seven (7) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the seven (7) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
