The transferring department provided a written list (see the last 2 photos) of the items in the box of accessories. This list was not verified.

PLEASE NOTE: THE UNIVERSITY HAS ANNOUNCED THAT THE CAMPUS WILL BE CLOSED THE WEEK BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS. WITH THOSE DATES ADDED TO THE HOLIDAY CAMPUS CLOSURES, SURPLUS WILL BE CLOSED FROM 12-24-2020 THROUGH 1-3-2021. I WILL TRY TO MONITOR THE GOVDEALS SITE FOR QUESTIONS DURING THAT TIME FRAME.

ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS AND PICKED UP WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSING during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Pick up of items MUST be completed by 4:00 PM. We will not pick, pack, or ship.

Inspection
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Items are available for inspection from 8:00 AM through 4:00 PM Monday through Friday (closed on University holidays).
Payment

Removal
Property may be removed any time between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday (closed on University holidays). All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
