Open Inspection will be Wednesday, September 15, 2021 from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM. Please schedule an appointment for open inspection by calling 770-888- 8872. No phone calls regarding questions. Any questions must be submitted through GovDeals. We will respond within 24-48 hours of the question. The winning bidder will be responsible for extracting the item off of the property. TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Forsyth County Board of Commissioners assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
