This is a Cold/Warm Room

This room itself is in decent condition however the cooling unit (included) is non-operable. This room is divided into 2 separate rooms by a wall in the middle.

The overall dimensions are approximately 10' (wide) x 8' (deep) x 8.5'(tall) . Everything has been disconnected and parts were boxed.

Please refer to the pictures. We strongly encourage you to come inspect before bidding.

Buyer is responsible for ALL LOADING AND REMOVAL. The department will have the electrical disconnected before removal.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
