PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT ADHERE TO THIS SCHEDULE WHEN YOU ARRIVE: The main entrance gate is on Phelan Ave just off of Senter Rd. Please enter in the first gate on the right hand side. When you enter the gate please ask for Liz and wait in the front parking area for assistance after entering. Winning bidders will receive additional pick up information and contact info for Liz.You are NOT authorized to wander around the property/lot, you may be asked to leave if you do. If you are lost and need instruction on where to go, please contact Liz. After payment is made Liz will connect with you to make an appointment for pick up on June 5, June 7 or June 8. If you cannot make these pickup days PLEASE DO NOT BID. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
