This sale is for a bulk lot, broken down as noted above.
These phones and various components are in used condition, pulled from service due to equipment upgrades.
Individual units have NOT been tested, so please assume a few may have issues. Some have cracked display overlays.
The phones were strategically stacked in the bin face to face, back to back to prevent damage.
The bin that the phones are stacked in can be taken by the winning buyer. We do not want it back.
Total weight, including the bin and pallet is 285 lbs. Dimensions are: 44x44x27 (LxWxH)
Local pickup by the winning bidder is always preferred. We have a loading dock and forklift. We'll assist with loading.
We can also allow third parties to pick up on behalf of the winner, as long as we know in advance what's going on.
Freight shipping is also available at the expense of the winning bidder.
We will NOT provide freight quotes, or do ANY of the leg-work with booking the freight with a LTL carrier.
The winning bidder will need to book the freight and then send the Bill of Lading paperwork over to us.
All assets must be paid for within 5 business days of the auction concluding. No exceptions.
All assets must be picked up and/or shipped within 10 business days of the auction concluding.
Buyers who do not adhere to the auction terms will have their assets forfeited, and their accounts will defaulted and locked.

Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at email@example.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.
FAILURE TO POST PAYMENT WITHIN THE 5 BUSINESS DAY TIMEFRAME (OR MAKING PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS) WILL RESULT IN YOUR ACCOUNT BEING DEFAULTED AND LOCKED.
PICK UP DEADLINE
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to remove your items within the 10 business day timeframe will result in daily storage fees of $10.00 per asset being charged after the deadline has passed. No exceptions.
The seller will NOT arrange freight pickup or provide freight carrier referrals or quotes. The Buyer can use our location and zip code in the asset listing when obtaining a quote and scheduling the freight company they have contracted with. All freight shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note: options 3 and 4 require that you call us to pay the preparation fees via a card over the phone. The Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal via ground shipping or freight. GovDeals and the Seller neither endorses nor accepts responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from Buyer’s use of a ground carrier or freight shipper.

Description Warranty: The Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim of description error must be made prior to removal of the property. If the Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, the Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
