Mosler Vault Door. Heavy Duty and Fire Proof with known combination. Door fits a 40" open with an exterior width of 47". Covers and 8" door jam and door itself is 5" thick.

This door is very heavy and buyer will be responsible for disassembly and moving.

No other furnishings or accessories shown in the pictures are included in this item.

Property is located in a building slated for demolition and must be picked up between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday during the week of October 12th - 16th*. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. It should be expected that other buyers/contractors will be working on removals within the building during this same time frame and water and electricity may be shut off to the building. Any items not claimed by 5 p.m. on October 16th will be forfeited without refunds, and the seller makes no guarantees the items can be claimed after that date due to the demolition schedule.

* The October 12th - 16th, 2020 dates are subject to change due to unforeseen construction circumstances, if this should occur, the seller will notify all buyers 48 hours in advance.
