This auction is for a lot of four (4) Apple products:
Qty: 1 - iMac Computer

Qty: 1 - iPhone 6


NOTE: Anything you may see in the photos that looks like damage to the screens are either: artifacts, results of the camera flash, or reflections of items in the background. The screens are good on all four devices. There are no cracks and no damages.

iMac Computer - Unknown model. Unknown specs. Includes power cord. Unit appears to be in good condition with no signs of physical damage. The unit was plugged into AC power, and it did NOT power on. Unknown as to why. Unit was not troubleshooted any further.

Mac Book Laptop - Unknown model. Unknown specs. Includes AC power cord. Power cord has some fraying near the connector that plugs into the machine, but still charges the unit without issue. Unit appears to be in good condition with no signs of physical damage. The laptop powered up, and displayed a blinking folder icon with a question mark. Unit was not troubleshooted any further.

iPad 2 Tablet - 16 GB Model A1395. Does NOT include a power cord. Unit appears to be in fair condition. Unit has an impact dent on the right side near the top. (See photo) The tablet powered on and appears to have had a factory reset performed, however, it has an "activation lock" that we can not proceed past. Unit was not troubleshooted any further.

iPhone 6 - Model A1549. Does NOT include a power cord. Unit appears to be in good condition with no signs of physical damage. The phone powered on and appears to have had a factory reset performed, however, it has an "activation lock" that we can not proceed past. Unit was not troubleshooted any further.


These items are being sold as-is, where-is, and without any kind of warranties implied.
It's unknown as to whether the two "locked" devices can be reset.
Our knowledge of the items ends with the descriptions provided above.

Local pickup from the warehouse is highly recommended.
Third party pickups (family members, uship.com, etc) are fine.
Due to the small size of this lot, freight shipping is not available unless it's combined with another lot.
We will package the items and provide weights and dimensions AFTER the auction to the winning bidder upon request.
Shipping via ground carrier is available. Winning bidder must provide us with a pre-paid shipping label.
We have daily pickups available for the Postal Service, UPS, and Fed-Ex.

All assets must be paid for within 5 business days of the auction concluding. No exceptions.
All assets must be picked up and/or shipped within 10 business days of the auction concluding.
Buyers who do not adhere to the auction terms will have their assets forfeited, and their accounts will defaulted and locked.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.


FAILURE TO POST PAYMENT WITHIN THE 5 BUSINESS DAY TIMEFRAME (OR MAKING PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS) WILL RESULT IN YOUR ACCOUNT BEING DEFAULTED AND LOCKED.

PICK UP DEADLINE

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Failure to remove your items within the 10 business day timeframe will result in daily storage fees of $10.00 per asset being charged after the deadline has passed. No exceptions.

The seller will NOT arrange freight pickup or provide freight carrier referrals or quotes. The Buyer can use our location and zip code in the asset listing when obtaining a quote and scheduling the freight company they have contracted with. All freight shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

REMOVAL OPTIONS

Option 1: Local Pickup
You may choose to pick items up in person. We have a forklift on site, and we will assist with loading. We also have a semi-height loading dock with hydraulic dock leveler and a pallet jack.

Option 2: Third Party Pick Up:
Buyers may have someone else pick up item(s) on their behalf. We must receive notice in advance in the form of an email specifying the third party you choose so we have written documentation in place. The third party may be required to show photo ID, and the third party will be required to sign the Bill of Sale on your behalf before the item(s) will be released to them.

Option 3: Freight Pick Up with Full Freight Prep (LARGE ITEMS & PALLETS ONLY)
Buyers may have a freight company pick up their item(s). Decker Services will prepare the item(s) for freight shipping for a $40 per pallet preparation fee. Preparation consists of covering the item(s) in plastic wrap and/or banding the item(s) to a pallet only. The buyer will be responsible for making any and all shipping arrangements and prepaying freight cost with a freight carrier prior to shipping. A Bill of Lading (which MUST reference the Asset ID number) shall be emailed to charles@deckerservices.com. Items will be available for freight pickup 2 (two) business days after we're made aware of the choosing of this option.

Option 4: Ground Carrier Shipping (SMALL ITEMS ONLY)
We charge a $15 packaging fee to prepare the lot to be shipped. This includes the time and materials to box up everything properly. The $15 fee is paid to us directly via a card over the phone after the auction has concluded. Once the box is ready to go, we'll then provide you with the weight and dimensions. You will need to generate a pre-paid shipping label for FedEx, UPS, or Postal Service (your choice) and email it to charles@deckerservices.com. We will then drop the box off at the appropriate location for you.

Please note: options 3 and 4 require that you call us to pay the preparation fees via a card over the phone. The Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal via ground shipping or freight. GovDeals and the Seller neither endorses nor accepts responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from Buyer’s use of a ground carrier or freight shipper.
