PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to bidders residing in the US or Mexico. Winning bids=>$5,000 require wire transfer which provides a transaction summary. A wire transfer is due no later than 5 days from date of buyer's certificate. To make online payment log into your GovDeals account, select My Bids and follow instructions. Payment is due no later than 5 days from date of buyer's certificate. Documentation supporting tax exemption must be provided to WVU prior to making payment and within 24 hours of Buyer’s Certificate issuance date.

Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary including removing from location and transporting the property. No Assistance will be provided. No equipment or tools will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for items not removed within the aforementioned days.

Property offered for sale "as is, where is". West Virginia University makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the condition or fitness for any purpose of property offered for sale. All sales are final upon removal of property.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to Buyer that property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for incorrect description must be made prior to removal of property. If Seller confirms that property does not conform to description Seller will keep property and refund any money paid. Liability of Seller shall not exceed actual purchase price of property.
