Balemaster Paper Baler was purchased and installed in 1999. The unit was fully functional when removed from service. The unit has been disassembled, the hydraulic fluid drained, and moved to another building, ground level for pickup.

The successful bidder will be required to bring in their own equipment, or hire a Third Party to load the unit onto a truck to haul away. The main body weighs approximately 19,000 pounds. Any non-postal person entering USPS property will need to adhere to USPS safety regulations while on our premises.

It is recommended that you inspect the item prior to placing the bid to evaluate the scope of work for removal. Questions about this unit should be directed to Michael Doyle at (315) 452-3626. All items are sold "AS IS Where IS". Please inspect items prior to placing a bid. Inspections are by appointment only. Please contact Supervisor Michael Doyle at 315-452-3626. Item is located at the USPS Syracuse Processing and Distribution Center, 5640 E Taft Rd, Syracuse, NY 13220, and is available for inspection Monday-Friday 10AM-2PM. Call or email for appointment at least 24 hrs in advance.

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals website. Note: All items are sold "As IS Where IS". The buyer is responsible for any disassembly, packing, material handling and transportation necessary to remove the item. If you elect to use a 3rd party to haul away the items, the successful bidder is responsible for the shipping charges, not the USPS.

The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description. Payment.
