Mixed lot of items from clean out. Couple of coffee pots. couple bags of white cotton gloves. one toaster. couple of old wood plaques, camera and bag. old radio holsters, couple first aid kits, few black curtains 4x5 ft. Plus, few other things. Look over the photos for details and conditions. most everything is used and will show age, use and wear. Sold as IS.
No Shipping or Packaging will be performed by the Seller for any items. This is the Sole responsibility of the buyer to perform. No Exceptions.
Buyer is responsibility for all packaging and Loading of their items. Seller will Not be available to assist in Loading. 48 hours prior to pick up an appointment must be made for removal of items. Days available are Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm.

Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. 1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAXWhen applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
