This Precision water bath (model 260) was in working condition when it was taken out of service. The problem is a leak at the thermometer probe junction. Please contact Melanie.Banta@IowaAgriculture.gov with any questions or to set up and inspection. This is an AS IS, WHERE IS sale with no warranty. Buyer is responsible for pickup and transportation. Under no circumstances will The Iowa Department of Agriculture assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. The site where this item is located does not have a loading dock or a lift for heavy items.

REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
