Vehicles must be picked up within FIVE (5) working days following the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Auction lot items can be picked up by appointment only on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. A pickup appointment must be scheduled with Auction Staff at least one day prior to pickup. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE AUCTION FACILITY AT PURCHASERS SOLE COST AND RISK . AT NO TIME WILL AUCTION STAFF OR EQUIPMENT BE EXPECTED TO ASSIST IN LOADING, STARTING OR MOVING ITEMS FROM THE AUCTION SITE. PURCHASER WILL ACCEPT ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES FOR DAMAGES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHILE REMOVING ITEMS PURCHASED. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the five (5) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. If you are the successful highest/winning bidder, once your full payment has processed online, you will then need to schedule your item pickup by calling the number listed on your buyer's certificate, or e-mailing FleetAuction@dgs.ca.gov FleetAuction@dgs.ca.govIf you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. All vehicles will be issued a one day moving permit upon payment. Certificates of Title will be issued to purchasers for vehicles sold "WITH DOCUMENTS." All Lot items designated with an “L” number are taxable and sold "WITHOUT DOCUMENTS." |
