Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. **Buyer must pick up items in person. An alternate person or agency may pick up on the buyer's behalf. The buyer MUST email sprall@dps.state.ia.us with the alternate person or agency's name and information. A valid ID and the GovDeals Buyer's Certificate must be shown as proof of purchase by the person picking up. Items will not be able to be removed unless these conditions are met. Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance - call 515-559-7104 or email sprall@dps.state.ia.us to schedule appointment. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. ***Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Seller is unable to assist in loading or removing items, any additional assistance needed in loading bulky, large or heavy items is to be provided by the buyer. We will NOT ship item(s) to buyer.
