7 Lennox Commercial Hanging Gas Heaters These heaters worked the last time we used them. However, we switched to eco-friendly recycled oil burning heaters years ago. The hanging gas heaters have been inside a recycling plant and were taken down when the roof was replaced this year. They will have to be cleaned up as they have been collecting factory dust and dirt for years. As with any used commercial item, we cannot guarantee their functionality.

Inspection

Payment
The Buyer’s Certificate will contain information to schedule payment & removal. Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will City of Florence assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
