This vehicle is being re sold because the winning bidder last week could not be reached for payment. We ask that you keep a working telephone number on your GovDeals account profile and be prepared to pay for this in time to pick up on the designated dates below.


We have updated our sale terms for COVID safety precautions. Masks and social distancing required at all times. Appointments required for both inspection and pickup.


On November 19, 2020 this vehicle did not start when we attempted to jump start it. The vehicle also would not go into gear.
We have no history on this vehicle and no access to maintenance records. Exact vehicle condition unknown. Road-worthiness not guaranteed. All sales are final once vehicle leaves our lot.


CLEAR TITLE IN HAND. At pickup location, buyer will receive a clear title, bill of sale, and one key.

A: Yeah you can use a car dolly to remove this. Use any legal method of towing -- you just can't drive it off the lot. What you do with it after it's off our lot is up to you however we do not recommend putting any vehicle on the public roads without first having it checked by a mechanic. (11/24/20 12:14 PM)

You must sign up for one of three time slots:
10am, 11am, or 12pm

Bidders who arrive without an appointment may be turned away.

All must wear a mask at all times and all must stay at least 6ft away from others at all times.

We may restrict your access to vehicles. What this means is that we may attempt to jump start and move vehicles in forward/reverse as you observe from 10ft away.

IMPORTANT: Bidders may stay a maximum of 60 minutes on the lot. Once that 60 minutes is done, you will be asked to leave so that other bidders may enter.

If you cannot come personally: You still must set an appointment. Send a tow truck or friend/family to pick up on your behalf. Provide your driver with your buyer certificate, a copy of your driver license, and a signed note stating that you approve that person to pick up on your behalf.

Special COVID-related sale terms:

No friends/family allowed into facility. Only driver plus a maximum of one additional person. That additional person must be directly involved in physically assisting with the pickup of vehicle. Anyone simply along for the ride will be required to wait outside facility near the guard booth.

For buyers who will pick up their own purchases: We ask that buyers sign bill of sale and return by email prior to pickup. Buyer must sign then take a photo of BUYER’s photo ID on top of signed document. Take a photo with your smartphone and email to surplus-property@dc.gov



For buyers sending a friend/family/transporter to pick up their vehicle: Follow the same instructions above and also fill out THIS FORM and email back to us. Include a copy of your transporter’s photo ID if you have it.

No work can be performed on vehicles on-site, other than (if needed) battery replacement and tire inflation
