SOLD AS IS THIS VEHICLE HAS NOT UNDERGONE ANY DIAGNOSTIC ANALYSIS OR ESTIMATE OF NEEDED REPAIRS, NO TITLE TO THIS VEHICLE. NO KNOWLAGE OR HISTORY ON MAINTENANCE OF THIS VEHICLE. Current condition – fair, starts with boost. Fuel - Gas. Transmission – automatic. Drive-train - 2 wheel drive Cracked glass – none noted. Exterior – minor dents, scratches. Interior – normal ware and tear. Tires- bad/dry rotted Recent repairs - None. Notable body damage – none noted. Known issues – unknown. Q: When it was seized was if a traffic stop? ( running and driving) Also we will be able to get a title from dmv. (2/5/23 12:47 PM) A: This was a State Police Traffic Stop the vehicle was running when they seized it. You will have to call your local DMV and see what you have to do to get a seized vehicle title. Q: Hi, I contacted my DMV and I mentioned to them that only court documents will be given as a result of the sale of the vehicle. I was told that I would definitely need more paper work from the seller. Is this a fair question to ask if I would be granted additional documents, if needed, in order to satisfy my DMV's requirements? (2/7/23 4:50 PM) A: You get a bill of sale, and court documents from Lonoke PA's office, that is all the we have ever been given with the drug seized vehicles , You may need to find out what other papers you need and call Lonoke Pa's office and speak with them about obtaining more paperwork then what they provide to us. Q: Looking at the pictures from the back of the vehicle, I noticed two large dents below the hatchback door, just above the bumper. Am I correct or is it just reflection of the light? Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
