Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Pickups will be completed between Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, between 8 am-4 pm. All items must be removed by December 27, 2017. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided. For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
