| Inspection is recommended. Electronics can NOT be plugged in at time of inspection, NO EXCEPTIONS. A mask MUST be worn or you will not be allowed in the warehouse. When you arrive, the office will be locked you must call 865-974-7925 to be allowed entrance to the warehouse for viewing. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. Items must be picked up in 5 business days from time auction ends, NO EXCEPTIONS. Entire lot must be taken at time of pickup. You are bidding on the entire lot, you must take the entire lot. You will be blocked from bidding if you do not pickup everything. The University will not prep, pack, or ship items, nor will the University make shipping arrangements for buyers. **NO EXCEPTIONS** Do NOT ask if we will mail if prepaid label is sent, we will NOT. Arrangements can be made through the local UPS Store 865-585-0081 Package Manager 865-584-3000. However, you must fill out a release form prior to us releasing items to a third party. If this form is not filled out, we will NOT release your items to a third party. Our load out times are 8am-4:30pm EST, by appointment ONLY, Monday thru Friday except for University closings and Holidays. Pickup address is 2111 Stephenson Drive Knoxville, TN 37996 All merchandise must be removed within 5 business days from close of auction(1 week) or items will be defaulted. ***PALLET(S) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ANY SALES*** Once payment is made, you will receive a BOS via email from govdeals, this must be signed and emailed to auction@utk.edu before a pickup appointment can be made. All pickups now require appointments. When you arrive at the office, please park at the office it will be locked. You will then call 865-974-7925(it will be posted on the door). Holly will notify the warehouse employees you have arrived and direct you to the correct loading area (which may vary). When you arrive to the loading area you MUST remain in your vehicle. The items will be left on the floor for you to load, or if loading requires a forklift we will load it while you sit in your vehicle. All items must be loaded with NO CONTACT.

| All auctions are sold "where-is-as-is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied, some items may be missing parts or pieces. Payment & pick-up is due no later than 5 days after auction closes. Winning bidder is responsible for all cost associated with removal. The University will not pack or ship any item and reserves the right to reject any and all bids. We also reserve the right to remove any item from auction at any time, for university purposes. PALLETS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH ANY LOT. Email auction@utk.edu with any questions.
