Inspection

Payment
Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: Certified Cashier’s Check or Money Order made payable to SYLVANIA SCHOOLS and mailed or brought to the accounting offices, Sylvania Schools, 4747 N. Holland Sylvania Road; Sylvania, OH 43560 Accounting is located on the second floor, at the back of the building.
Removal
Removal: All items must be removed from within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. ALL ITEMS IN LOT MUST BE REMOVED. The buyer must schedule a time for pickup, MONDAY - FRIDAY, 9:30 am to 1:30 pm only. To schedule pickup, contact Shelly Isley 419-824-8781. Leave a message if you reach voice mail, please.
