This is a antique combination kitchen unit that includes working stove and sink. The refrigerator does not work, the issue with it is unknow. Unit has shelf for a microwave, however the microwave in the photo is NOT for sale. Items must be picked up between 8am and 2pm M-F. SOLD AS IS

REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
