Q: Is it possible to remove this table in one piece or will it have to be taken apart? Are you able to get close to the building its located in? I would bid on this item if it is not a hassle to get out and load. (8/3/22 5:19 PM) A: My guess is that you would have to at least remove the legs, then you could probably place the pool table on its side and place on dollies to roll it through the door. There are four or five steps that you have to go down right outside the door. This building has a circle drive so you can pull right up to the entrance where the lobby is that has the pool table. All property must be removed from its selling location within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyers Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Limited assistance may be provided when time permits. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed on the Buyer's Certificate.
