BUYER MUST WEAR MASK WHEN PICKING UP ITEMS. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPLYING THEIR OWN MASK Items must be picked up between 8:00am - 2:00pm Monday – Friday. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
