Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. ALL assets are for pick up only- No shipping/freight assistance will be provided. ALL pickups will be scheduled Monday to Friday during business hours (10am-2pm EST). No weekend pickups are available. Davie County is not responsible for any damage to any items during removal. Davie County will not be held responsible for any personal injury that occurs during, or as a result of the removal Davie County will not be responsible for damage to its property that occurs during the removal. Davie County will not provide any labor assistance with removal. Davie County will not sign any document for shipping. Davie County will not recommend any shippers, freight forwarders, couriers or delivery services. Davie County will not be responsible for any shipping, packaging, delivery, duties, import fees, taxes or any other charges. Davie County will not supply any asset information required for customs.
