Questions and Answers

Q: Is this the same lot of gowns that keeps getting relisted, or are you using the same listing for different lots of gowns? I have had this on my watchlist for months, and it looks like it usually sells, but then gets relisted about once a week. If it’s the same lot of gowns, is there something that causes the buyers to renege on the deal or is there a problem with pickup? Just curious since it’s been listed, sold, relisted so many times. Payment

Removal
All property must be removed from its selling location within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyers Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Limited assistance may be provided when time permits. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed on the Buyer's Certificate.
