Viewing of sale assets is possible by contacting the Olin Property Department to set up an appointment for viewing bid assets. Viewing normally occurs Monday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. You must schedule an appointment and provide the minimum contact information before entry can be authorized. Each visitor must be badged through security and then proceed to the warehouse parking lot. The walk from the parking lot to the warehouse area is approximately 1500 feet one way. No personal vehicles are allowed in the “warehouse inner fence area” so the walk is necessary. Viewers are cautioned to check in with the guard (if posted), show their badge and proceed to warehouse 121 G. Use caution as this is an active shipping and receiving area with constant truck traffic. Some assets sold, may by their design contain asbestos or ACM which used in accordance to this design purpose would not be deemed a hazard. It is with this intent the items are sold “As is”.
Viewing of all assets prior to bid is strongly encouraged as all assets are sold “as is condition”, “where setting”. All Sales are final.
Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within 10 (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
No loading, rigging, securing or transportation of assets from the Lake City Plant is provided. Winning bidders will be required to provide their own carrier to transport their property from this Federal Reservation. Winning bidder must also provide rigging and loading of all property purchased assets using “qualified rigging sub-contractors” to the Lake City Plant. There are no forklift services available and the use of a successful bidders equipment to load sold equipment is prohibited. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
