We cannot assist in starting, towing or repairing. Operating condition since retirement of asset is not always know. This includes, but is not limited to motor and/or power train. This truck has been owned by the City of Indianapolis since new. The emergency lights will remain on the truck only if sold to Fire service with proper proof shown. If vehicle is sold to other than a Fire service, the lights will be removed and the holes will be plugged.
