1998 Harley-Davidson FLHTPI, 1340CC is being sold 'As Is'. This motorcycle was used for traffic enforcement. All the emergency lights and police decals have been removed. A: We are checking on the Key, No on maintenance records, The vehicle was taken out of service a year ago, and maintenance was done at the local Harley shop, (Falcon's Fury) We are unaware of engine or transmission issues. The title is in hand. Not sure about HP. I'll get back to you about any accidents. I was told one was involved in a minor one, but I'll get clarification for you as soon as possible. Payments shall be made at the location listed in the Buyer’s Certificate.
Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
