A: The tires were removed to be used on the sheriff's office side by side which is currently being used. the rims and lug nuts for the four wheeler are in the trailer. There is no title for the trailer because it was only used behind the four wheeler on off main road use so no need for title. the running issue is the intake boot for the carburetor if it happens to backfire while starting it will pop it off. the engine is a reman and has approx. 100 hrs on it. A: No title on either. Any vehicle used off main road does not require title which in this case includes the trailer. Removal." ATTENTION" APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE BEFORE PICKUP!! All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
