Northfield Foundry & Machinery Co. 12" HD jointer. Runs great. Needs new knives. Recently used. This is an extraordinary piece of woodworking machinery. The factory was contacted and William & Mary is the original owner having had this shipped on March 27, 1958. It is heavy with a gross weight of approximately 1,800 pounds. A new unit of this model today, which is still made, has a MSRP of $26,920.00. There is a reserve placed on this piece of machinery as it still retains significant value.

A: Yes it is there with the jointer. I added a photo after the fact. It's either the last photo going forward or the first reversing from the feature photo. The cutter head guard metal frame is original to the machine. The wood has been replaced sometime in the last 65 years. It is cut from a piece of 3/4" pine or fir plywood. (2/7/23 4:14 PM)

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments M-F 8:00am - 4:00pm. Buyers arriving without making an appointment may not have access to purchased assets. . All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. If all items are not removed in 10 business days the bidder may be in default. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided unless included in the description of item.. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER.
