Questions and AnswersQuestions and Answers
Q: do you have more information about the diamonds: 1) Total number of diamonds 2) Average karat value of each stone 3) Clarity and color of the stone 4) Do you have an appraisal? (11/25/19 2:21 PM)
A: There's a total of 26 diamonds, the carat total is .75, we had the earrings appraised by a jeweler for $300. We don't have specification of carat value for each stone, or the clarity and color. (11/25/19 7:10 PM)
Q: can you ship? (12/2/19 12:58 AM)
A: Yes, we can ship. (12/2/19 7:00 PM)
Q: So help me to understand this correctly (hoping I am wrong). You had these earrings appraised from a reputable appraiser and they appraised at $300.00? Now in a government liquidation auction you expect to get appraised value or more (based on your starting price of $300.00)? (12/4/19 5:45 PM)
A: We are a government agency, but we do not sale on behalf of the government, we sale on behalf of the estate. Since we sale on the behalf of an estate we have limitations and price ranges that we must adhere to. If you'd like to bid, please feel free, or if you have any more questions that I may answer please let me know. (12/4/19 5:56 PM)
Q: How much do the earrings weigh in grams? (12/16/19 1:11 PM)
A: I apologize for the delayed response. The earrings weigh .28 oz or 8 grams. (12/20/19 11:24 AM)
