Auction is for 1 John Bean lift system. Lift was used in our automotive department for student teaching. Lift works and has been inspected this past year (see pictures). *Pick-up is by APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday - Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm. Work must be completed by 2:00pm. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. *Please provide a copy of your bill of sale upon pick-up. *Removal and disassembly of items are the buyer’s responsibility. This includes an aid or person required to move said item. *We encourage buyers to make an appointment prior to bidding to view items for auction.  Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Many of these items are located in a working school or at an off-site location, therefore, pick-up is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY in order to minimize any disruption to students and/or teachers. Pick-up hours are Monday-Thursday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., excluding district holidays. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For pick-up, please refer to the contact information listed in the description. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, transportation, and removal of all property awarded to them. The Buyer will be responsible for any damage incurred as a result of the property removal. All property offered for sale is in "As Is" condition. Under no circumstances will School District Five of Lexington & Richland Counties assume responsibility for packing, loading, transportation, or shipping. No assistance is provided.
