PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Purchased items may be removed by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the purchased items. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED. A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any items not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

After the full payment has processed online, the Buyer (the successful highest/winning bidder) must first print out and sign the Bill of Sale where it states “Buyer/Agent Signature." The Buyer will then need to scan and e-mail the signed Bill of Sale along with a copy of the Buyer's driver’s license or other valid State ID to

The Buyer must contact the City of Temple name and phone number on Buyer’s Certificate to make an appointment to collect all purchased items.

The Buyer (or Buyer's authorized third party) will bring any equipment/tools needed to take possession of the purchased items. Employees cannot assist with the removal of the purchased items (such as starting or loading a vehicle or other equipment). If the Buyer plans to have a third party pick up the purchased items, the Buyer must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed Authorization of Release must be e-mailed to prior to making any removal arrangements.
