Questions and AnswersQuestions and Answers
Q: Can you please include the dimensions? (11/29/20 8:52 AM)
A: It is 13'4" tall on the high side, 8' wide, 31' long for the building with an extra 4' to the front of the trailer hitch. (11/30/20 8:42 AM)
Q: Is the trailer wiring intact for brakes lights etc? Thanks (12/2/20 7:28 PM)
A: There are no lights or wiring (12/3/20 9:16 AM)
Q: Does the trailer have a ownership that will be transferred when purchased? Can this be picked up by a private person with a suitable vehicle, on does it have to be hauled by a commercial hauler? (12/3/20 12:39 PM)
A: Yes we have the ownership and will sign off and provide it the day it is being picked up. As far as removal, that is up to the new owner to determine and organize. We aren't experts in what type of license or vehicle to use for moving it and would recommend speaking to Ministry of Transportation or Motor Vehicle Service Centre to find out the requirements. (12/3/20 1:54 PM)
Q: Do you know the axle weight rating? (12/7/20 11:30 AM)
A: Two axles, rated to 7500 lbs each (12/7/20 11:49 AM)
Q: Please confirm the exact interior height, width and length measurements ( imperial units please) for the structure. (12/7/20 2:25 PM)
A: the dimensions in the ad are correct, exterior dimensions. To calculate interior dimensions, he only needs to subtract 7" for the walls. (12/7/20 7:58 PM)
Q: And please confirm max height from the ground to the top of the structure. (12/7/20 2:45 PM)
A: 13'4" (12/7/20 9:38 PM)
Q: So if the total height from the ground to the top of the building is just over 13 feet, then the interior height of the structure can not be that height minus 7 inches. A look through the pictures suggests the building floor joists are roughly 20 inches from the ground. They appear to be 8 inch joists. Ditto for the roof joists. So, once again, what is the INTERIOR height ( on the high and low side) of the building structure? Thanks in advance. (12/8/20 6:45 AM)
A: 115-1/4” on high side 92” on low side (12/8/20 12:31 PM)
