Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description.

PaymentPayment
Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory)

Payment shall be made at or mailed to the Coffee County Board of Education, Attn: Hope Lott/GovDeals Auctions, 1311 S. Peterson Avenue, Douglas, GA 31533 prior to picking up auction items.

Please wear a mask if paying in person. MASKS ARE REQUIRED INSIDE THE COFFEE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION BUILDING.

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, transportation and shipping of the property. The winning bidder will also be responsible for removing all of the property won in this auction and disposing of all debris related to the removal of the property from the site to the satisfaction of the Coffee County Board of Education.

PLEASE NOTE: Winning Bidder will be charged for any portion of the property not removed or damage to the site area and any expense incurred in completing the removal and cleanup not adequately performed by winning bidder. NO EXCEPTIONS.
