2013 Ford Explorer XLT SPORT UTILITY 4WD 4-DR, 3.5L V6 DOHC 24V.

starts WITH A BOOST, however DOES NOT RUN. FRONT ACCIDENT DAMAGE. MUST TOW. Transmission in unknown condition. See attached inspection sheet. Like all our vehicles, it is sold AS IS WHERE IS. No repairs allowed to be made on our lot.

Buyer will be issued Government form "SF97 Application for Title" which they may take to their local DMV to apply for clear title. Buyer must come in person to sign vehicle paperwork OR send 3rd party with power of attorney. See Removal terms below

Payment

Removal
Property/Vehicle may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Winning Bidders: 1. Must schedule removal by appointment. 2. Must bring buyer's certificate and photo identification. 3. Winning Bidder will be required to appear in PERSON at pickup, to sign Title Application Paper work. Winning Bidder will be issued an SF 97. An SF-97 will allow Winning Bidder to apply for a title in which ever state they choose. If the winning buyer is not able to make pick up in person, a POWER OF ATTORNEY will be required to release the vehicle to any other party.
