Auction is for 1 Scotsman Ice Machine. Model: CME1356AS-32F. Machine needs a new compressor and has small leaks in the lines.

*Pick-up is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 2:00pm.

Q: Is there a loading dock at this location? Any issues with getting it through doorways. Is it easily accessible? (9/23/20 12:57 PM)
A: We do have a loading dock (short and tall). The only issue is if you have an extra long trailer. We do not have enough turning space where the loading dock is for a huge truck trailer to maneuver its way to the loading dock. Also, we do have a forklift to help put it into the trailer if either heights of the docks is too short or tall. (9/23/20 2:28 PM)
Q: Can you add the model and serial number of the compressor? (9/30/20 10:24 AM)
A: I wouldn't know how to locate the compressor on this machine. We had a mechanic come out to look at it and we were told the compressor is bad. The model of the machine is in the description. I am sure there may be something online to guide you to the model of the compressor for this machine. (9/30/20 10:31 AM)

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS



TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

RemovalRemoval
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Many of these items are located in a working school or at an off-site location, therefore, pick-up is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY in order to minimize any disruption to students and/or teachers. Pick-up hours are Monday-Thursday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., excluding district holidays. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For pick-up, please refer to the contact information listed in the description.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, transportation, and removal of all property awarded to them. The Buyer will be responsible for any damage incurred as a result of the property removal. All property offered for sale is in "As Is" condition. Under no circumstances will School District Five of Lexington & Richland Counties assume responsibility for packing, loading, transportation, or shipping. No assistance is provided.
