2002 HME Inc. 133M Ladder/Aerial Truck. The truck starts, runs and drives although it has not been driven a significant distance in at least 4 years. (see video of truck moving) The outriggers operate and the ladder will raise, lower and swing from the override levers inside the upper main panel. Unknown fault causing the main upper ladder controls not to work. (See video of ladder operating) It is not known if the Waterous pump works. This aerial ladder truck is not being sold as a certified operational fire truck. All inspections and certifications are expired. The body has scratches, dents and paint chipping and peeling or fading. May have loose or missing panels. The vehicle has some electrical, lighting and mechanical defects. The front siren is disconnected as it stays on constantly. There are no accessory items, such as, tools, devices or pads on this truck. This aerial truck was taken out of service at least 4 years ago because it was replaced with a new one. Routine maintenance or inspections have not been performed since removing from service. Maintenance records were kept in paper form by the fire department. However, those records cannot be found. This truck is being sold as is, no warranty no guarantees. The buyer will be responsible for coordinating pick-up and removal of this truck. A pre-inspection is strongly recommended if you are bidding on this truck. You may schedule a sight visit to look at this truck.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
