PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

RemovalRemoval
REMOVAL: All items MUST be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from at the location indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Randolph County assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed -- BY APPOINTMENT ONLY -- between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

PICK-UP APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE TWO(2) DAYS IN ADVANCE. The auction items are located at the address given in the ASSET LOCATION information. To arrange an appointment for inspection, pick-up, or for additional information, please contact the individual listed as the ASSET CONTACT.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days following the issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

** VEHICLES THAT ARE BEING PICK-UP BY A THIRD PARTY OR AN INDIVIDUAL, OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL BUYER, MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS BEFORE THE VEHICLES WILL BE RELEASED: (1) A COPY OF THE BILL OF SALE ISSUED TO THE BUYER BY RANDOLPH COUNTY. (2) A LETTER, SIGNED BY THE BUYER, AUTHORIZING A PROXY PICK-UP OF THE VEHCILE(S). THIS LETTER MUST IDENTIFY, BY NAME, THE THRID PARTY COMPANY OR INDIVIDUAL AND THE VEHCILE(S)REQUESTED FOR PICK-UP.
