None of these balances are calibrated. • One Mettler H10 Balance lights up with power, d=0.1 mg • One Mettler H54-AR balance. The pan release is stuck so unsure if it turns on, d=0.1 mg • Three Mettler AB104 balances. Two have erratic displays and one just shows dashes (-------). None of them will tare, d=0.1 mg • One Ohaus Scout SC4010 top loading balance, d= 0.1 g. Not able to tare. • One triple beam balance, d=0.1 g

TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed.

Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
