Q: what are the defects to this unit, what do you mean by "Instruments run but do not function properly" . what is the defects description. (1/31/23 10:05 AM) A: Below is the response from the health department: "The instrument is still able to detect As and Pb in drinking water samples, however, an increase in background signal has made the readings unreliable and decreased the sensitivity. Through troubleshooting we were not able to determine a reason for the background signal, but we did not have a technician onsite to diagnose anything." (1/31/23 10:33 AM) |

Successful bidders are responsible for removal and loading of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer's Certificate.
