1999 SECA Easement Flusher, Serial #1643 The easement flusher was taken out of service December, 2022. This item was working when taken out of service. Please contact Eric Voll at (614) 901-6755 or eric.voll@westerville.org with any questions. The inspection date for this item is THURSDAY, APRIL 6th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. All items are located at our Public Service Department, 370 Park Meadow Road, Westerville, Ohio 43081. PICKUP will be scheduled after the payment is received. The buyer is required to set up an appointment within 10 days of payment (will need at least a 48-hour notice prior to pick up). THIS ITEM/LOT IS BEING SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING AND SUPPLYING ANY EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR THE REMOVAL OF ITEMS. SELLERS WILL NOT LOAD, HAUL OR SHIP.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
