• Adequate manpower, tools, and equipment are required to load and remove assets from the property. Limited assistance with loading available - buyer must sign a hold harmless agreement before LPAA will assist with loading. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to provide all other necessary equipment, tools, and/or labor needed for disassembly and removal.
• The winning bidder must email the signed bill of sale to the point of contact prior to scheduling a pickup.
• Payment of items is due FIVE (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Removal is due TEN (10) business days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
• Any claim or dispute arising from the description of the subject property must be made prior to removal of the property. Once items are removed from their location, the sale is final.

All purchased items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the State of Louisiana, Division of Administration, Louisiana Property Assistance Agency assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
