This vehicle was seized from previous owner by the United States Postal Inspection Service. Since it is a civil forfeiture, we have no history or records on it. It was never a part of the USPS Fleet. Buyer will receive Government Form SF97 Application for Title which allows buyer to apply for clear title in any state.

A: No liens or loans. The SF97 is a standard government form. We issue one an SF97 for all the ordinary fleet vehicles we sell at auction and that same SF97 will be issued for this civil forfeiture vehicle. We've never had any buyer issues concerning that form.. The official name is below. You may be able to find confirmation on your home state motor vehicle department's website regarding vehicles that come with an SF97. Removal
Vehicle is located in Houston near the address on auction page. Winning bidder will be provided exact address. Pick up will be by appointment only. Appointments must be set at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Winning Bidders: 1. Must schedule removal by appointment. 2. Must bring buyer's certificate and photo identification. 3. Winning Bidder will be required to appear in PERSON at pickup, to sign Title Application Paper work. Winning Bidder will be issued an SF 97. An SF-97 will allow Winning Bidder to apply for a title in which ever state they choose. If the winning buyer is not able to make pick up in person, a POWER OF ATTORNEY will be required to release the vehicle to any other party.
