Please note: A fee of 2.35% for credit cards (with a minimum fee of $1.20) is assessed by the electronic processing company for all online credit card payments. No part of the fee goes to Montgomery County. Therefore, the fee is non-refundable. Funds must be immediately available for payment from your account. The charge limit is $25,000 plus the 2.35% service fee.

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

All items not removed within ten (10) business days may be subject to a $10 per day storage fee.
